Major problem, Sex won't start.

I'm using the romance mod, (the one that let's you talk to the NPCs) but for some reason whenever I get ones approval I can't get past the follow me stage. They will follow me around and I can choose the sex options but when I choose one it goes back to the initial, this looks like a good place screen. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
