A unique follower mod needed

After taking my time modding my game with some adult content, and trying to add to it, there is something I'd like to have, inspired by an erotic story I read once. To tie it to this game, she is a daughter of sanguine, and the player will have a chance to take her away from her father in exchange for sanguine's rose at the time of that questline.

 

Her character isn't one of fighting, she enjoys walking around without a stitch of clothing, and so she'll never wear any. when she follows the player, instead of attacking enemies, she'll simply taunt them, making them aggressive towards her. She enjoys being shot at or getting carved to "death" but she doesnt die. Her power is in immortality or rebirth, a pheonix, instead of death she'll burst into flames and be as good as new, and horny as hell too. she does not attack, but she can run to an enemy, hug him and ignite herself if told to by the player.

 

when idling she will play with herself, dance, perhaps cut off a nipple if bored (it grows back)

she can play practice dummy, and whatever depravities the player might come up with, as expected from a daughter of the Deadric prince of debauchery.

 

 

I got no idea where to even start modding this character. Anyone wants to help me out here?

She is related to Sanguine, likes to walk around naked, play practice dummy, taunt enemies and the player alike and she loves being cut.

Hehe they could be sisters, will look into it, but I still want to have a shot at my pheonix idea, her fire can also heal the player, it has both restorative and destructive qualities to it, and it can simply be cosmetic to avoid the coldness of skyrim

True... Alicia doesn't have that flaming effect.

 

But she does have similar powers kicking in when she is horny enough, usually in the middle of battle. She also has her own way of being 'reborn' but I won't spoilt it
