SoS - No schlongs available + permaunderwear

Hey I have SoS installed but have run into some problems. I get the message that tells me that nearby npcs have been schlongified but in the settings menu there is no option to enable any of the schlongs. The only option there is "no change". also i seem to have permanent underwear on, In my inventory it says there taken off but they are still there. Here is my load order:

Everything else appears to be working fine.

When you did notice the issue? Did you see any kind of error message or warning? at game boot or when loading a savegame.
