CBBE/UNP Texture Issue.

Before I start, the title is because no matter what texture I use, I seem to have this problem. I've tried the CBBE Body and the UNP Body and it will not go away.

 

I recently tried it on a fresh install, nothing but the DLC and the Unofficial Patches installed. I then installed the UNP Main Body loaded it, the problem I will show via screenshots was there. OK, first of all, How? And wat?

 

Then I installed the Women of Skyrim - UNP - SEAMLESS to see if that persisted, it did. Here is the issue I'm having. Bear in mind there is nothing else installed but the DLC/Unofficial Patches, the body mod and these textures. NOTHING should be conflicting.

This has never been an issue with me before and I've used these exact same bodies/textures as well. The only difference is that I have the most recent Mod Organizer in 1.9, so could it be failing to override some default settings or something like that? Or could it be creating some weird amalgam of default/modded that is making this happen? :\ I'm at a loss...

 

Like I said, the example was from UNP Main/Women of Skyrim but this issue seem to have become universal for me.

I swear to Mara if that's the issue here I will flip out on myself for not even thinking of it sooner. I've been reinstalling all flapping day!

 

And yes it was. I had completely forgot I made that SKSE Ini. How silly of me. Thank you so much for that! I still have freak hands, but that may be a texture issue 'cause it goes away when I switch.
