[help] increase the speed of gun.

Hi I am currently using modern gun mod, I tried to increase the amount of speed in C.K [dawnguard],

the rifle's speed just do not seem like it gets any faster.

any idea why? and how to fix this?

You'll have to ask the mod author for this one.

Also i don't think that this is the right section, since this isn't an adult mod.
