Custom Follower hates/attacks everyone

So messing with around with CK I end up making Braith a follower.

I'm running rcots as an NPC child replacer so I change her race to a custom one with a petite CBBE body, change her voice (although the child voice gives some funny responses thanks MFVm) give her some perks, level scaling, set combat style to Forswornbezerkerlow and changed her default gear to scaled armour - I also change her relationship with Lars Battle-born to enemy from Rival just to see if they would attack each other if they came into contact with one another, they didn't.

While she is my follower, everything is fine, she behaves like any other follower, I can't seem to get her to Dual Wield but other than that she is a generic follower.

It's only when I give the time to part company line does all hell break out and she just attacks any NPC she sees. I thought this might only be a Whiterun thing (she doesn't go for her parents, just guards and other npcs) and have something to do with setting her as an Enemy of Lars but just tried it in Dawnstar and exactly the same thing happened.

I know she says she will fight anyone but I didn't think she would actually do it!

Any ideas how to fix this or what could be causing it?

Going back to a save before I recruited her seems to resolve the issue which suggests it's nothing to do with what I have done in CK directly and something happened during play that has caused this. I just don't know what.

I have tried recycling and disable/enable, I've tried adding her to whiterun factions but since this also occurs in Dawnstar I doubt it has anything to do with hold.

Any ideas?

My only options at the moment, other than go back to an older save, are either disable her or remove all her AI packages that involve her leaving the Amren house and so keep the citizens of WR safe.
