fighting between followers

Sorry for the silly question but I've tried unsuccessfully for  hours, how do I order a follower to attack whoever I say to (even other followers)? Thanks in advance for the help.sorry for my English.

Usually, if you talk to them, they have a dialogue option for "I need you to do something". Then you select whatever you need with the crosshairs - wait here, open this, attack this NPC/creature.

 

You kind find more of the default commands here. You may have other options it you are using a follower mod as well though, like Amazing Follower Tweaks.

There is the option to attack, but they tell me they can not. I've set morality 0, but does not work.and maybe guilt extensible follower framework.Patience , thanks all the same

Then maybe something is wrong with your EFF. normally you can just keep E pressed then reticle becomes visible and when you target another npc the follower should attack it.
