smejo Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 Hello. Â I'm animating some werewolf x human scenes and i discovered problem with werewolf height. In-game male werewolf height is scaled up and i need to know so i can put it to 3ds max.. Â So the main question is: How much is werewolf height scaled in-game and how many % up exactly it will be from the original model (100%)? Â Thanks!
D_ManXX2 Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 This is tricky question. Most animators will not know how to fix. The real problem is you already see this part even from vanilla animations. Let's take an example you have those animations where you are able to create new potions and you will see a character walk to the table. and they will some how switch height if they are smaller and become bigger or if they are bigger they will become smaller. Â Most races are specific height. and no animation make they right when they perform an idle. The clue is because there is no fix for this. You see the problem is with 3d programs like 3dmax or Blender. When you import a mesh skeleton they are all from height 1.0 and in-game this can differ with scripts. So when you made those Wherewolf animation they where all scaled 1.0 but in game they look different due to scripts. Â The best you can do like it currently make your animations normally then export but make it so that sexlab will change the height to 1.0 to make them align right. Â There is currently no fix for dynamic heights.

True but the original skyrim werewolf have height bigger than actual model so i want to synchronize that with model in 3ds max so i can do clear animations..  Once i was reading this somewhere and there was exact number but cant find in now so im asking here if anyone know it..
smejo Posted June 29, 2014 Author Posted June 29, 2014 wait wait wait..  my werewolf x human didnt work good at first time because of different scale ingame, i just replaced the original SexLab Werewolf n Character animations and this way tested it.. so there is a question, does SexLab change scale of Werewolf in original (included in SexLab) animations with werewolfbeast or not???  because when i try to scale that animated werewolf in sexlab to "setscale 1" it stays at the same height  i need to know this..
D_ManXX2 Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Have you tried contacting Panicforever or Dayelyte ?? They have more experience with 3dmax then i have. Maybe they know something of character scaling in game. Sorry i can't help you any further.

If you, would it be editable ingame with command "setscale 1" to back to normal size?
D_ManXX2 Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Try contacting Ashal he is the one that created Sexlab he can tell you if there are scripts in sexlab that changes scale of both humans or creatures.
