If someone was to truly "recreate" her from custom assets and make a mod out of it.. I don't know if that is allowed. Probably so at least until someone complains. . I'd look around the web and find some of the "other" sites that have content like that. (there are other sites ) Those individuals might be able to accommodate your wish. (if they haven't already. ). I have tried to check a site I know of but the page won't load. If memory serves me correctly she is only available in FNV and you would have to to the extra work to get her to skyrim and then to make her a follower ( she currently is player option if memory serves me correctly.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4cmki6qHh0 There is a request thread for these things as well.
