Lakeview Manor Ownership

I started building my homestead, Lakeview Manor, near Falkreath.  I changed the small house into an entry hall for the larger manor.  When I finally built the bedroom upstairs I get a message that the bed is owned and I cannot sleep there.  Further inspection of the home and all the objects, like food on the dining hall table give me the "steal" in red when I hover the cross hairs over them.  Finally, when I try to wait inside the manor I get the message that I cannot wait while trespassing.

 

I'm hoping that there is a console command that will take care of this ownership issue.  Any tips?

There is a setownership command in there, but I don't know if it works with houses. I had this happen once before and after leaving for some time then returning everything was normal. Don't know why or how, but it seemed to just fix itself.

Well, I've been unexpectadly taken away from my home, thanks, Sanguine, I'll see if I can sleep in my own bed if and when I return.
