[CK] Female ONLY Custom Race possible?

In Creation Kit - is it possible to make a female only custom race (or even male only)?  If so, does anyone know how it is this done?

 

I'm a novice with CK.  As a test - Male sex selected in the Race window.  I linked the Skin to the female body.  I made all the head parts Unisex so that I was able to select the head parts for both Female and Male.  After saving and testing it in the game, I select my custom race to be Male, it produces some very strange visual affects on the head of the male on the female body.  I don't know whether to chuckle or be disturbed.    Is there a way to stop from selecting Male, perhaps?

Visually yes, technically the male version will be still registered as males
