Starting with adults mods in Skyrim

Hello everyone

I open this topic to ask for advise about which "Core mods" I should install.

Let me explain, I mean which texture replacers (For males and females), skelletons, and general sex mods (Just like Lovers with PK in Oblivion) I have to install.

Probably, I look like a total noob right now, but I can't find how I should  start in order to avoid conflicts between mods, so, if there's a guide for this (I already read "Getting Started with SexLab - How to install SexLab and its requirements") I apologize.
