Yes. Map your UVs on your preferred body to conform to that texture, then bake the textures out to your original UV set.

 

Alternatively conform that other body's shape to your preferred one and, again, bake out the textures, this time not from one uv set to another but from one model to another.

 

Some knowledge and a couple hours of work required.

This looks like gibberish to me. Care to explain this?
