jdods13 Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Hello there,I hope all is well with everyone! I wanted to ask about connecting Every body's different (By MongoMonk) with body slide 2.0 and skyProc. Are you familiar with the Every Body's different mod? I feel like we need a skyproc patch that assigns random body slide attributes from a base body (such as the CBBE HDT body made by blabba) to an NPC based on preset parameters in the EBD gui. This patch would need to update the current worn armor or clothing to match the NPCs "set" body based on the random body slide attributes that were adjusted by EBD. This patch should have settings for elders so that certain body slide parameters are used in respect to old people. Whenever a companion is given new armor, the script will look at the "set" body attributes and mimic them on the new outfit. This way not only would NPC's have various textures, hair, eyes, height etc. They would also have unique physiques. The patch could even go as far as choosing a random base body from body slide to randomize and assign to a target which would mean that every actor is truly different.Main question: Is it possible to connect EBD (SkyProc) with body slide? What would this take?Quote from Mongomonk on the subject:"To make EBD or any skyproc patcher compatible with BS you'd some sort of command line interface for BS which is then in turn accessed by the patcher. This could work but requires the BS guys/gals to implement this. And then the patcher would have to be wrote as well."-MongomonkVariety and competely unique NPCs from head to toe... that's what this would yield if ever brought to life. Body Slide allows us to build any body we want for our PC but this would make every NPC truly different.Any thoughts on this? thanks in advance for input
nidhogga Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 I could swear there was something similar done already , it was even linked on EBD page but cant find it anymore, it was probably abandoned. EDIT : ofc I dont mean the whole random mesh for each and every npc, but it used bodyslide to generate alot of different variations.

I think I know the mod that you are remembering but it didn't work very well. Was very buggy but was definitely a step in the right direction. i've contacted Mongomonk, Caliente, and the author of SkyProc. All of them seem to have no understanding of the other. If we could just get EBD and body slide together in the right way this would be beyond amazing.
gamepunk Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Don't people want variety in skyrim? YES, please.
