Quest Not Triggering: A Night to Remember

Hey Guys.

 

I've got an issue that is probably being caused by another mod, but wondering if there is a console (or some other) way to work around it before I try adding/removing other mods to nail down the culprit.

 

Specifically, during the Drinking Contest with Sam, I completed the drinking contest, get the Quest Complete pop up on the screen, and after he says "you don't look so good" I don't get teleported to Markath to start A Night to Remember...in fact nothing happens. Sam and I just stand there looking at each other.

 

Any thoughts?

From UESP, could be it?

 

• It is possible that you will not blackout after the third drink. The reason for this is that one of the characters essential for the quest has died.
  • This issue has been addressed by version 1.5 of the Official Skyrim Patch; Senna, Ennis, and Ysolda are now marked essential and thus unkillable.
  •  You can use the console to advance the quest using the setstage command. You will need to resurrect the dead NPCs first (all three must be alive to start the quest). To resurrect an NPC type prid refID into the console, followed by enable, resurrect 1, and moveto player (the refIDs are 263CD (Senna), 1CB2B (Ennis), 1A69A(Ysolda)).

I did not have the Official Patch, just the Unofficial ones. I'll give that a whirl.

 

In the mean time I did check and Senna, Ennis, and Ysolda are all alive in my playthrough. However, I will note that I have been encountering a "bug" of sorts where some NPC's in Whiterun (exterior) will not give my player any quests. So for instance, Ysolda will not ask me to get a Mammoth Tusk, Carmella won't ask me to help with Mikeal, and Amren will not ask me to help find his Ancestral Sword. I am wondering if Ysolda's lack of quest giving has something to do with this...
