Dagren may sound flippant, but it really is that simple.  Beyond that there are 60,600 entries on google related to how to install skyrim mods (I googled it, lol)

 

If you want the easy route, MOST mods will install with one of the handful of mod manager programs out there.  Nexus Mod Manager is hardly the best, but it's childs play to use, and there are instructions there.  Wrye Bash and Mod Organizer are better, but difficult to learn to work with at first.  Both are thoroughly documented.
