Loading order towards a single save and script lag

Hello guys,what's up?I'm currently using about 4~5 saves,and a problem is,I have many mods that I only use with one or two,and in the others it comes only to increase the active mods count,as well the save size.What I want to know is,are there any ways to select which mods will be loaded towards a single save (and saves created from it of course),so I won't have to change my load order like crazy,and ways to make active scripts to run much faster? (they are currently being too slow),and so far I use Savetool-52363-1-13beta ,SKYRIM Save Cleaner-31724-1-9-1 and the PapyrusDataTransfer GUI v1_0-53045-1-0,suggestions are also welcome.

Wrye Bash has a "load masters" function you can use on individual save games.  Might be able to use that?

Thanks,I though it would be harder lol,also,any ways you know to help script lag?Also when opening containers x.x
