Missing master! check mod load order.

Every time i try to run New Vegas I get to the main menu and there is no "menu".  Its just the menu background.  When I tab out, I see the error Missing master! Check mod load order.  If I click ok it crashes. My load order is in the attached screenshot.

use LOOT instead of asking it's a lot faster and yes it is compatible with new vegas

Suggestion to use FOMM rather than NMM.  It has a BOSS Auto Sort (BOSS was the precursor to LOOT, and the lists are still updated).  FOMM should tell you which master is missing.

correct but remember that loot sorts the mods as well so if you already have the master it wil simply be placed in front of the mod missing said master
