Type V - PE Dress

PE Dress for NV

 

This is a sort of port of Backsteppo's PE Dress to Type V. (I didn't bother reversing the dress.) I made two retextures as well for a white and violet dress. Sold at Vault 21 Gift Store. (Since there isn't a clothing store AT ALL on the Strip! HORRORS!)

Finally got around to fixing the weighting on the top. There's still a bit of an issue with the legs (due to FONV's differing animations from F03) messing with that though is hyper annoying and not terribly noticeable. Likely this is totally done for now unless I decide to add more colors at some point.
