I had oblivion but now I have Skyrim Legendary addition

Anyway I just got Skyrim recently and a new computer and was wondering which mods should i get?

I already looked into Better Vampires by Brehanin 

 

But I also want to make Skyrim Realistic So any mod suggestions to go with Better Vampires would be nice.

I've been to nexus quite frequently. I want to beautify skyrim before playing. I was hoping mad mole had a version for unholy for Skyrim but I didn't see any thing

Wrye Bash and BAIN work very well in Skyrim, and can be a painless transition into Skyrim Modding for a User of Wrye Bash in Oblivion. Mod Organiser does allow a much faster swapping of Save Profiles. Nexus Mod Manager should be avoided like a Virus.

I'll avoid nmm. Modding steam isn't my strong point to the fact that Its hard finding Tutorials on it. But I'm am assuming wyre bash will help.

Update I got a whole list of mods 73 total on steam along and about  25 outside all compatible with my current mod list though 

 

I finally figured out how to use skse with out manually launching it (thank god got into a pain that was)

 

And now it brings me to the whole new issue I got a follower bug but i've never had a follower So. i'm stuck

 

The most i've found on that issue is load from a previous save.
