Is There a Guide/Cheatsheet for FNIS-Spell Idles & Animations?

As topic says.

 

I would love to try and make use of some of these things to add to the livelyhood of any screenshots I take of my character to share on here, for example, but damn if it isn't impossibly tedious to A.) find decent idles/poses in the long list of available ones via the FNIS-Spell; B.) remember which one is which even after the fact.

 

So would there happen to be a guide of some sort, or a cheatsheet that maps out exactly which idle/animation is which with FNIS?

Isn't a list of animations good enough?
