Guest Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 So I've been trying to add the CME HeadPos node (I believe that is the one for adjusting the neck length) to my customized monli skeleton that I use for my character. It worked fine for her arms but simply adding this specific node blows up the game. Now you may ask:"Why don't you just use XP32's skeleton? It already has all those custom bones." I don't want to because: 1. It's the cause of the infamous "clipping into ground" issue when used together with ECE. 2. The skeleton I'm using makes the thighs slightly smaller and I couldn't figure out how to do that with XP32's skeleton without making the legs too short/long and causing issues. So what exactly am I missing here?
Groovtama Posted June 4, 2014 Posted June 4, 2014 You go into your skeleton, right click on your "Scale Head" node, Node -> "Attach Parent Node" -> NiNode, Give to that new node the Name "CME HeadPos", Save, Done. BTW: You have a Translation in Scale Head that is Y: -1.5 remember that gets also scaled by CME HeadPos then
