Hey there guys! I guess I've been a member here but I haven't done anything since god knows when so I'd just like to say hi to all the great people in this community! I have a lot of questions to ask and I really would love to help test mods on this forum but sadly I can't get some of mine to work.@_@ (super noob here I guess) but I guess what I was trying to do was turn my skyrim game into of those action porn games.(dragon's bride anyone?) Anyways I would love help with this and I've been trying to follows the Lover's Lab guide to it's full extent and to the best of my ability but I guess I'm just not that good at it.(I don't have any of the expansions if anyone was wondering) But besides that I have lurked in a few oif these threads and I would love to talk to a lot of you when I get a chance! I hope I can contibute as much as I can in a positive way! Cheers!

Welcome. :) Do get yourself ready for a long read on what best to do, because seriously, some of the adult mods here require considerable tinkering, need important files for them to work, they assume that you have prior experience modding Skyrim for some time, and of course, lots of patience and trial-and-error experiments.

Welcome and I support what rayblue said. :)

Ha ha,yeah I've already been doing that. So far i tried doing what seemed like something I was going for(SD+) and while everything else installed correctly The three ones that seem to be important,SDplus203,SDplus20addons,Devious Devices: expansion and Sanguine's debauchery 1 compatibility patch don't seem to work whenever I install one or all of them.@_@ But yeah,I've had some expirance before and while I'm not that good at least this teaches me what to do and what not to do.

SDplus203,SDplus20addons,Devious Devices: expansion and Sanguine's debauchery and similar mods are very "touchy". have to pay extra attention on the compatibilities with ZAZ, SL, Arousal mods and similar mods that are dealing with Submission/slavery etc. Special attention is also needed regarding their upgrades. Sometimes, one simply oversee those "small" things. :sleepy:

The fundamental thing is to check if you have latest SKSE 1.7, SKYUI 4.1, FNIS 5+ and SL 1.5+

I'm sure you know all of this, but simple reminder doesn't hurt. :)

Yeah I guess I over looked that. Thank you so much for the reminder,it truly does help.@_@  I believe I have all of them, but I'm gonna go reread them over a couple more times to see if I missed anything at all. At least this will allow me to become better!

Welcome aboard.

When it comes to modding out your Skyrim you need a lot of patience. The best advice I can give is read, read, read. The more you know about mods, what they do, what other mods they don't get along with and why, the better equipped you'll be to get your game playing the way you want it.

The second best advice I can give is to get Mod Organizer, learn it, use it, love it. It makes tinkering with new mods SO much easier. If something you installed recently isn't working, just click the check mark and bingo, cleanly uninstalled. No overwriting of important files, no hassles fixing your load order, and a lot of leeway for mistakes.

Last piece of advice is never try out new mods on an existing save file. Especially mods that have scripts. Nothing more frustrating than playing 60 hours in a game only to have it constantly CTD on you because you thought it might be fun to add ___ mod and now its crappy scripts are forever bonded to your saves for all time.

Anyway, welcome to LL. Feel free to ask questions if ever you need help.

Before you start installing sex mods, you'll have to cut your teeth with S.T.E.P. and how and what to do.

It's not as simple as dropping in files and expecting the game to work as you see in the screenshots. Takes a great deal of tinkering.
