Is the CK really supposed to be void of the Dragon Smithing Perk for constructible object recipes?

I'm not entirely sure the question your asking. Do you mean there is no CK recipes for Dragonbone weapons and armor? The armor is construable via the regular skyrim .esm, the Dragonbone weapons were added via the Dawnguard DLC. To find the weapons in the CK you need to have the dawngaurd DLC loaded in the CK, then goto weapons\dlc1\dragonbone. 

 

 

That's what I'm missing, and yes I am trying to use the dragon smithing perk for a rebuild of one of my favorite weapon mods. Thanks a ton.
