Have you used FRAPS before? Right now it's the only screencap tool that still works for me at any resolution. Bandicam trails by second place. If you have set your in-game video resolution settings to 1280x800, screencaps will be at that same size. Same thing until 1080. Make sure that your video card is up to the task.
