Which mod is causing wild dancing in NPCs?

Whenever an NPC is nearby and is idle for a bit, he starts dancing wildly.

 

Also, if you see any glaring errors in the list, feel free to point them out.

As it is, so far things seem to be working okay (aside from the intro, which seriously glitches out, to the point where I had to install an alternate beginning mod or use the console to make the cart disappear... and that mod messes with the original questline ,) but LOOT and BOSS like to move certain mods way to the bottom, which effectively disables or messes with their animations.

Why are using XFL, UFO and Amazing follower tweaks at the same time ?? They will not work right and actually cancel each other out.

Only use 1 of them.

 

As to the dancing check you animations folder did you install an idle manually ??

Because I'm a noob at modding Skyrim, and it's been forever since I modded Oblivion.

 

I am quite certain I didn't install anything like that, though.  Especially since I ended up reinstalling yesterday.

Is that just a misspelling of ZaZ?  If so, I do have that... does it just need to be higher in the list?

To fix that you need to go into ZaZ's MCM menu. Under Sexlab hit register animations.
