donwload and zun zip it

 

move "OBSE_Elys_Pluggy.dlx" and "OBSE_Elys_Pluggy.dll" to "Oblivion Install Directory\Data\OBSE\Plugins"

 

you need at least OBSEv17

i suspect there is more to this than the pics !!!

 

normally hongfire aio has everything inside  (working good or not is not the probleme)

first what version steam or not        do i know how to start the game with obse or not ? read the readme !!!
