Needing assistance with various mods

Hey all, I just recently got into modding skyrim (I know, I'm pretty slow eh?)

I would like to produce something like the following:

It doesn't need to be that High Def, nor have the same physics.

I also would not like any external programs that result in personal editing.

"ie. Download this...Then using this program and do that~" If possible I'd like someone do that for me.

I know of the following mods (Help me if I am not aware of somthing)

CBBE , CHSBHC, TBBP, HDT and Red3113@3Dm's Idle Animations

 

I'd like a FULL tutorial on installing these mods (and any unnamed ones)

Also, in dummy language. I have near zero modding experience.
