zephaddenu Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 So I recently got a new computer and am slowly modding my Skyrim back up again. I decided to switch over from UNP to CBBE to try something new, and to give Bodyslide a try (It's really super great.) I'm having this issue, though, where I get seams on the back of my character's butt, and I'm not sure what's the cause of it. I'm fairly sure that it's NOT caused by ENB, since I can still see it with ENB turned off. I'm also using SG textures, but I don't think it's my textures either, since I can still see the seams even with the CBBE default textures (no screenshot though). It gets harder to see when I'm zoomed in, but still enough to be distracting. Anyone got any ideas? EDIT: Also ankle seams I guess? I hadn't noticed them until now.
skyrimkillmod Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 is the seam painted on or can you see straight through it?
ousnius Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 Are you using BodySlide 2? The BodySlide included in the main CBBE archive is very old (delete it before installing BS2).
zephaddenu Posted May 30, 2014 Author Posted May 30, 2014 is the seam painted on or can you see straight through it? I can't quite see through it, but looking more closely at it, it actually looks like a mesh gap. Are you using BodySlide 2? The BodySlide included in the main CBBE archive is very old (delete it before installing BS2). Yup, been using it since I made the switch. I reinstalled it and recreated my body just to be sure - problem still persists.
bazaba Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 This is very unusual. The latest CBBE Version comes with textures for the whole body. Since you used UNP before I assume that you still got some leftovers from your UNP mods in some folders. I've seen such seams too after switching between UNP and CBBE. Do you use xp maximum skeleton?
AlphaTadpole Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 I have the same problem, and I've never switched from UNP. I've only been using CBBE, and I noticed it right from the start.
