Sanguine's Debauchery no armor or genitals

So I am playing as a male character and whenever I begin the mod or start the quest my character is stripped of his armor and his genitals disappear. I use the SOS mod, is this the reason for this? I also encountered the same armor problem with the female UNPB mod as well. How do I fix this? Any help is greatly appreciated.   

 

I have also attempted to install it manually and did everything it said in regards to SOS but still I am unable to equip any gear and males are still missing genitals
