[REQ] Tiny Npc's

I am looking to make a group of NPC's (Human) tiny, attack the player plus other npcs and be able to respawn. How do I go about shrinking NPC's or Items for that matter?

You can shrink them in game (or make them HUGE) using the console command....

 

[target the NPC/object] setscale (numeric value)

Aye, but looking for a permanent fix. I know it was done in "Toy Soilders" mod but as a spell and there was a green fairy follower mod as well.

Then you need to create a plugin using the Creation Kit. In there you can set the size of NPCs.
