Anyone else having trouble uploading large files?

 

Tried to upload a 180MB video and it keeps stopping after uploading 100MB. Thought the issue was the video itself so I tried uploading a 230MB Zip file and it also stopped at 100MB (44%). I know the issue isn't my internet
