Im pretty sure that LynxSimz made both the skirt and the top, you can find her stuffs for free on ts4rebels.cc. you can find this sim on my second sims sharing file - Babymama Danesha, but I cant remember if this specific outfit can be found in her outfit categories or if I changed it for my gameplay ?
