downloading a webpage instead of a file!

how do I solve this problem? no matter what the file I try to download this screen comes out .. what should I do?

You have some download manager installed (IDM) that gives you that error when it fails to download a file. It has the instructions to solve it in the message as well. Apart from that can't say anything, never seen that software before

The most likely solution is to uninstall it. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the error message as Srende advised.
