Fallout New Vegas GECK help.

I recently started looking at FO3NV, at one point there is this red triangle where a transition point should be.  Unfortunately, Google is little to no help for GECK based issues. I was able to find that symbol in the game means a texture or something is missing. But the GECK says that object's texture is there. I look at the transition door and it pulls up fine in the GECK. This just happens in the game. Should I just use a different object for the transition, or is there another way to fix this?

I would add there are very few objects in GECK which mesh is missing, so yours could be one of those too. But if you want to double check it, just post the exact Base ID of that transition point you are referring, so we can make a comparison
