Face Skin Texture Bug

Every time I load a save, the face texture is wrong and I have to go into the Racemenu and fix it by changing the complexion from 0 to 1 and back to 0. This happens on every complexion and skin tone setting and every normal map and skin texture I install. For reference, I am using a 7base body with Fitness body (Normal Map) SG females Textures (Textures only) and SG Wet body (Texture installed over SG females), but like I said, this happens with any texture or map I install. Racemenu is up to date. I am not using an ENB as my PC can't handle it. Pictures Below

 

When I load, I get this

 

 

 

Then I change complexion to 1 (which fixes it) and back to 0 (the complexion I want). Don't mind the shadow from the neck on this picture, the seam is almost nonexistent and the face and body textures match

 

 

 

Anyone know what is going on or how to fix it so I don't have to repeat this tedious process every time I load a game?

Why no sweaty specular on the face? Something is overwriting that is my guess. With a vanilla race this shouldn't be a hard thing to overcome.

 

How are you installing mods? Not Mod Organizer I suppose, because if you were you'd know exactly how to fix it.

 

Load order would help a lot here so we'd know what mods you're using. Not just plugins, but all installed mods (textures and so on as well).

I'm not sure how to post a complete mod list using NMM. Do I need to do it manually or is there an export function like with the load order?

For what It's worth, I tried deactivating all the ESPs and ESMs aside from Vanilla+DLC Skyrim and that didn't fix it, and I installed the entire UNPB body with all textures and meshes overwriting my current ones and it still had no effect

I Fixed the issue. Long story short, my desktop PC crapped out and I just transferred all my files including Skyrim, to my laptop. My laptop has a crappy video card that doesn't support anti-aliasing while my old one did. So to fix this, I just turned off AA and deleted my skyrim.ini and it looks fixed
