undeadvr Posted May 17, 2014 Posted May 17, 2014 we need more details. characters not moving in SL animations is sometimes a FNIS problem. Did you install/run FNIS? Is your FNIS at current version (SL needs 5.0+ I think)? Copy and paste your FNIS log into a post

Copy the whole FNIS since you have a warning. As for the ?? by the sexlab and stuff that is only cause FNIS has not been updated to read the latest version numbers. It doesn't mean anything. It see's sexlab and reads it just not reconizing the version number. That often happens when mods get updated a lot in a short span like sexlab was.

captainzoltar Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Here's what i do. after i install a mod I run that same FNIS tool you screenshotted. only I have none of the extra options checked. i dont know if that helps, but its work a try. If i were you I would redownload the mod to make sure you have all the files, reinstall them, open FNIS, make sure nothing below the button is checked and press the update behavior button. let us know what happens.

It's not FNIS that hasn't been updated, it's a new feature in FNIS that hasn't been implemented in a lot of mods yet. You can select and copy all the text from the FNIS logging window, paste that into a forum message. That's what is meant by posting the "whole FNIS". Posting the screen shot only shows the last part of the log that displays in the window. Also when taking screen shots hold the "Alt" key down as you hit the "Print Screen" key and it will copy only the active window instead of your whole desktop.

FNIS was ran and none of the boxes below the text were checked, nor were there any errors or whatnot. Select SKELETON patch.<< FNIS is saying you need to select the skeleton arm patch box before running FNIS and then run FNIS again.

Uncheck most of the mods that you have checked. Only check the most basic mods and their requirements. Start a 100% new profile on Skyrim. Don't just open a save from when the Prisoner gets off the wagon, I'm pretty sure it has to be completely new. Test the mods you chose to be active. If they work, then go ahead and select the others. That's what I did, and most animations work. SexLab Defeat won't start spider animations (spiders and my char. just get all rigid, like the animation is about to start, then start moving/attacking again), but everything else I've tried works perfect.
WaxenFigure Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 So if the FNIS is correct and you still don't have animations the next step is creating and uploading a Papyrus log. You'll need to zip or otherwise compress the log into and archive first, both to save space and because the forum won't let you upload files with that extension. Instructions for enabling logging in Skyrim Find Skyrim.ini in your "My Documents" folder. Open it up in Notepad or your preferred text editor. Then make the following changes and save it. You'll find the logs inside the "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\" folder the next time you run the game. The most recent log will always be named "Papyrus.0.log" [Papyrus] fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0 bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation=1 To disable logging again just change the "=1" to "=0" for the three values marked "=" above.

So what seems to be the problem. You never said what is wrong. Unless you mean the schlongless state in which case characters don't have one while clothed as they have no need of one.
