Second picture appears to be custom Gears Of War armor, I know of a Gears Of War NV mod but never saw this armor in it, possibly a retexture. Reverse searching the picture links to a DeviantART page but as of this moment DeviantART is down for me.

The only way you could have got the armor was by being a contestant in a screenshot contest at VGUNetwork. All contestants will also get the Gears of War 3 Onyx Guard in male and female versions (brand new rigs) - This one will be contestant exclusive - DVAtedAdmin at VGUNetwork
