it's a texture problem on the nipples....

so it's the whole texture shifted

i'm using CBBE

It looks like the wrong texture (for a different UV map). Are those UNP textures, or textures for some other non-CBBE body? That's what it looks like anyway.

how should i fix it?

i used the CBBE textured and it was still like this, can i even change the UV mapping?

Did you install Dragonfly's TBBP? That always did the same thing for me, I just disabled it and it was fine.
