Permanent Immortal Mode Glitch

I noticed not too long after running Sanguine's Debauchery to see first hand what that mod was about and later uninstalling it, my character now seems to be immortal. She will still respond to mods like Defeat when she hits negative health in combat, but she never dies otherwise, her health bar will drop below zero but she won't stay on her knees while her health is at zero, I can still move around and fight until the heal bar fills again. I tried TGM on and off and nothing changed, I tried TIM on and off and still nothing changed, I tried making the player character essential and then setting the player character back to non essential to see if that might change anything but that didn't make a difference either, I even cleaned the save game with the save game cleaning tool and still the problem persists..

 

Has anyone else had this issue, is anyone aware for a way to fix this? Or am I better off just starting a new character?
