I have a small request. Can someon convert the kimonominiP_1 mesh from Wahuku mod on nexus. From UNP to UNPB. I have tried it myself but i always end up with horrible looking version. Thanks in advance.

Have you really tried? Or just did a lazy job.

Download this conversion refence , so you can easily jump from UNP > UNPB sliders. Or you can do UNP> CBBE and then CBBE > UNPB.

And what you mean by a horrible version ? Stretching? Clipping ?

Upload some pics and .nif's and we will see whats wrong.

I downloaded the references long before made this post and tired to use them but somehow i cannot get them to work. I get same results when i use them.I get how im supposed to do it. Increase and decrease the mesh by using the brushes and following the lines but i always end up with chunky conversion. Ive doon a simplier clothes with outfitstudio werent perfect but it was something. I guess the kimono is hard to do. I tried following tutorials but with no luck.

You don't need to use the tools at all, the reference does it all for you. Here are the steps you need to take.

Load Ref UNP -> CBBE

Click Conform All

Change slider to 100%

Click Set Base Shape

Load Ref CBBE -> UNPB

Conform All

Save project and put in Skyrim folder etc.

Only reason to use the tools is to correct any tiny mistakes the presets make.

Tried and ended up with

Back has as much clipping as front. I guess brushes are needed a lot for this type of clothing.

Well traditionally Kimono's flatten the breast a lot which the original creator added to the outfit. Most likely he hid/deleted the breast part of the body model he used and shaped the breast area to be smaller then the body model. Does that make any sense? So basically it's correct from a traditional kimono sense but you have to make a zap slider for the breast or shrink them yourself using the tools.

I'm at work but I can try to do this for you if you want. Do you want the kimono to match/fit the breast or shrink/remove breast to retain the kimono's size?

I can't test this at work but let me know if it looks good. I'm curious of what it looks like on your character as well.

Something like this. Clipping is from the idle animation. The black parts are unavoidable? due to overstretching textures i got them too when i was doing my version.

I did this on my laptop that doesn't have Skyrim installed so I couldn't see the textures. I had no idea it came out that bad sorry. I am really embarrassed that came out looking so much worse then it did in the program.
