What Mod Does This Plugin File Go To?

i installed a number of mods a while ago and this specific plugin doesn't seem to belong to any of my downloaded mods.

 

anyone else know what this plugin belongs to? because when i go into my game the textures and meshes are missing sooooo i don't know what mod to redownload to replace the missing files :/
