i did try my backup saves, and new game, didnt work.

im gonna start fresh, i have reinstalled too many mods in NMM so yea. Things got really bad.

i will backup skyrim directory next time, still how can one fix those problems, is there a way without backup and reinstall?

Learn MO. The only thing you might have need to do is open a new profile and start over (game wise) your game itself (Skyrim folder) would have remained clean. Many here use it to keep their gaming folders nice and clean and prevent what you are doing as well. A little bit of a learning curve over NMM but well worth the effort in my opinion.

To the queston:

is there a way without backup and reinstall?

Verification. With this if any files are bad from the original game they can be corrected and repaired. It is quicker than a backup (unless you have a very large BSA or group of BSA's that require repairing.. ) and automated. However it will not change the files you already have in the system.

If you can uninstall the mods through NMM still then do so. You should only have a clean Skyrim folder minus the tools like SKSE. Try running the base game. It should work (fresh start without any of those old bad saves. ) If it runs great then install NMM (or MO) and start over with the mods.

If NMM / Skyrim is toast. You will need to use your backup or re-download Skyrim again. If so delete the game through Steam. Open Steam to where Skyrim is and delete that folder. Nothing is left. Now download and re-install the game. Make a proper backup using Steam (not a zip I had an issue with a backup and haven't figure it out, might have been something related to the process of backing up and verification with steam.) Install the mod manager and continue with installation of mods.

Interested in MO.. check the sig. There is a active thread here on LL that helps our members with random questions and help. You also have the STEPS link that gives in depth instructions which I advise you to read and then re-read carefully to learn as much as you can before starting using MO. It might take a bit more time than installing NMM which you know already.. Oh as an added benefit. You can still use NMM through MO
