Skin Tone Turns Pale

Hello, has anyone encountered situation that skin tone switches to pale after a few seconds? No matter what race and skin tone I choose after a few seconds it turns pale (same after reload) happens with different races(even custom) as well. Any idea what could be the cause of this? I know its propably me being an idiot again but any help is welcomed

 

Also at the same time piercing stops showing as well

I have never even heard of this happening, I have no clue what could cause that. Maybe someone else might know.

i got similar effect with sharpenshoot enb, that also occurs without using enb? (shift+f12 to deactive/active).
