Ok, thanks for the nice advice here, I got it solved. It seems that I either got a "monday model" as PA or 850 Watt just weren't enough.

Replaced my 850 Watt by a 1000 Watt be quiet and no crushes to reboot anymore, even with a highly overclocked CPU.

Not overly surprised you would have been borderline even if the 850 had worked. You're always better to get more than you need with a PS. When I first built the PC i have now almost 6 years ago I only needed a 500 to run what I had but I put in a 800, now I am glad as I have updated it a lot and still using the same PS.

My mistake was that I read somewhere that 850 Watt should be enough for a Titan SLI system, but the difference is for what applications you actually use such a system.

850 Watt may be sufficient for such a system when you play a standard game - maybe even for a good game of the last dx11 generation on high grafic settings , but - and that's actually the big difference - on only 1080p, but not an ultra heavy modded Skyrim in 1440p + heavy ENB preset (I actually play almost the screen archery preset of Serenity ENB, which is truly heavy, imagine alone the pixel load the ENB has to calculate and therefore your grafic cards too).
