...0... Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Have Youtube suddenly changed today, new policy? I suddenly don't see the likes a video get in the listed videos at right side of page when you watch a video. Still see the number under video when i click one to watch, but if i wanne be influenced by the number of viewers/likes it get, it's not there anymore strange why they removed it? I must say i don't have a google acount and i don't use google search and use waterfox as browser(i use SP search engine) also have ghostery active, maybe they changed it becouse you need to be logged in sinds today or yesterday change of policy? Never had this before today first time i saw they removed the numbers video's get for viewers/likes. Anybody else have the same? See screen what i mean...
Bewe Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Youtube always changes, I use to have all these subscribers that I follow all the time. But then they connected the accounts with Google+ and messed everything up. Now I don't even bother with Youtube anymore
Kind9 Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I'm really beginning to loathe google lately. They have too much $ and too much interest in the internet.
...0... Posted April 30, 2014 Author Posted April 30, 2014 Ok it seems back again, some glitch maybe?
Symon Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 You should try using any of Youtube's 'corporate' offerings! (Did you know Youtube have pretensions such as this?) Despite an obvious need for stability and consistency, those 'services' change at the drop of a hat too. I swear those guys can't even spell SLA!
Spartan 363 Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 Youtube always changes, I use to have all these subscribers that I follow all the time. But then they connected the accounts with Google+ and messed everything up. Now I don't even bother with Youtube anymore I had that same issue but found the way to fix it. When you log in, you go to your settings and then choose the account you had with all the subscribers to be the active one and they should all be there and you're good to go. It seems youtube allows for multiple accounts under your email to have their own separate channels and such, you know, like maybe a professional/work channel and then you can have another account for your personal stuff/subscriptions along with separate names.
