language translation versions of Skyrim mods question

Question on translated versions of mods.  Someone sent me a .esp and said it was a translated version of a mod I have posted.  Not sure what to do with it exactly, have no experience with translation versions.

 

Would I post that plugin separately or is there something I do to add the translation to the existing mod?  Any pointers on that appreciated.  Thanks.
