Odd/glitchy text

During character creation, I noticed all races added by the Beautiful People mod have corrupted descriptions. The text is just a bunch of  "àîûƒáíóúÑ" and such.  The text may be annoying, but it's perfectly bearable. Will this affect my game in any other negative way?

The text is not corrupted but now in a language that the casual western Oblivion doesn't supports (probably either Japanese or Mandarin). This only will affect those texts that are changed by the mod.
