Sexlab mods lack support for 7base?

Hi there, i've noticed that large amount of sexlab mods lacks support for the sevenbase body, atleast i presume so since the requirements are always CBBE or UNPB. I've personally used UNPB for a very long time till the 4th quarter of 2013, where there is a lack of conversions of sexy armour for the UNPB body (Atleast i haven't found a good place for some beside some japenese blogs).

 

Therefore I switched over to Sevenbase where all the sexy armour is at the moment, but i also want UNPB for sexlab.... So does anyone know a reason for the lack of suppose for sevenbase? If not does anyone know a good place to wait for new UNPB armour conversions?

SexLab mods have no idea and don't care which body mod you are using.

SexLab mods depend on the skeleton, not the body type.

The only time your body mod matters at all for any SexLab mod is for those that include equipment of some sort, like Sanguine's Debauchery's spriggan suit and Devious Devices' chastity equipment, most of which causes severe clipping anyway. In some cases the item comes with its own body attached so any UNP-compatible item would also work for you (7B is based on the UNP family, right?) and in other cases you could either deal with it or use Outfit Studio to adjust as necessary.

Actually your body mod does have a direct impact on Sexlab but only in the area of Alignment of the Sex act. Since the body mod you choose can mean slight adjustments (or huge adjustments for the gigantic boob and ass fans) in the location of the sexual parts the default alignment in Sexlab will need adjusting.

 

Other than that there should be no problems unique to a specific body (except maybe trying to use a foot job sex act with a hooved actor).

Sexlab itself is generally body-mod agnostic, as others have stated.

 

Certain other mods that use the Sexlab framework may have different results based on body type.  As SevenBase/7B is most closely related to UNP, I would suggest selecting that in the various MCM menus when using 7B if any mods ask you which you're using (I think Estrus comes to mind, but there may be others).
