Freezes when entering anim

Whenever I try to initiate any animation with any character my characters freezes up and it has a spawned varmint rifle or whatever on his/her back.  It only doesn't work in this save my other saves it works.  Anyone know what went wrong?

When you say "initiate any anim," do you mean that you're using some pose-animation tool, or is it related to sex?

And it happens when I initiate dialog sex.  Something somewhere messed up down the line of my just playing because it works fine on my other person.
